How much do I have to pay for delivery?

There is no delivery fee with using Shopa.

Are the products authentic?

Shopa partners with key industry manufacturers and suppliers to ensure 100% authenticity on the products fulfilled to Customers.

Can I pay later?

The BNPL feature integrated into our solution allows all eligible Customers to pay later.

Will you increase your SKUs?

Shopa consistently increases the number of SKUs to fully meet the demand of Customers.

What if I want to return something?

A product can be returned within 24 hours after delivery following a strict return policy.

How long does it take to get my delivery?
